Earning Potential
You must be willing and able to obtain a real-estate salesperson license, and must be comfortable meeting new people. We are looking for people who are naturally independent, with a high degree of self-discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset.
In this comission-based role, you will have the felxibility to set your own hours and the freedom to work in a way that suits you. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed, your earning potential is unlimited.
Responsibilities:
-Help clients with sales transactions
-Help clients determine the value of property they want to sell
-Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
-Negogiate pricing and facilitate the closing process on behalf of Weichert
-Correspong with clients around the clock in a fast-paced atmosphere
-Participate in company training and team building activities
Qualifications:
-Must have a Florida Real Estate Associate License
-Good network
-Spanish speaking (a plus but not mandatory)
-Proven team player and natural self-starter
-Tech Savvy and can use Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Hangout
-Passionate about building relationships and helping people with the biggest decisions in their lives
Job Type: Commission
Based on Performance: $5,000.00 to $15,000.00/month
Required License or Certification: Florida Real Estate License
